Natural and man-made disasters have become more common than ever before, demanding a higher level of disaster preparedness. Radar, and the Internet of Things (IoT) are samples of Fourth Industrial Revolution (4IR) technologies that have the potential to improve disaster risk prevention, mitigation, and response.
