Telkom University, Indonesia and Universiti Malaya, Malaysia continued the “tradition” of international mobility in its 8th year, Saturday (10/12/22). This year, the chosen theme is “Robotic, Cyber Security, and Culture Exchange”, which is divided into two sessions, namely this Saturday where Tel-U will host, and January 7 2023 which will be fully hosted by UM.
More than 130 participants from Tel-U and UM took part in the event from start to finish. Their high enthusiasm can be seen in the messages sent in the chatbox throughout the event. In the Culture Exchange session, Tel-U presented 4 speakers who were all Tel-U students and members of the International Office Student Buddy Club (IOSBC). They are Chairul Herman (Accounting), Muhammad Egan Renjiro (Information System), Amelia Putri Qatarina (ICT Business), and Kamila Hasanah. They explained various aspects of Indonesian culture, from accents, fashion, architecture, to culture among Indonesian students. Four of them were doing a great job representing Telkom University.
The excitement continue when Mr. Simon and Mrs. Ike from the Faculty of Applied Science presented material “Robotic Simulation Using Webots” where participants were invited to practice directly.
